Allison Baird

 Senior Speech-Language Pathologist

Hello! I am Allison Baird. I trained at University of North Dakota, graduated in 1979. I have extensive experience and education in stroke care, movement disorders like Parkinson Disease, and dementia. I describe myself as a "medical speech-language pathologist" and I embrace challenges. In my early years I took a special interst in stuttering and children with severe disabilities. More recently I have focused my learning and treatment in the area of physical therapies which reduce body tension affecting voice and swallowing. For the past 25 years I have worked almost exclusively with adults. I think of myself as a coach and I expect my clients to do well . I have partnered with several charitable organizations to raise funds for treatment. I have published articles on treatment efficacy post stroke and in the area of stuttering. I have given numerous presentations in the US, Canada and abroad on virtual care. I continue to enjoy my client care and I am available to schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Colleen Singbeil

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hello! I am Colleen Singbeil. I graduated from Western University in 1981 with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I have continued my education in all areas of pediatric speech-language pathology after working for the school division for many years. I work with children aged 4 to 12 years old. My experience and training focuses on issues with phonological delays, articulation delays, and delays in language development. I have limited availability to see new clients; please call the office if you would like to schedule an appointment with me.

Stephanie Harvey

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hello! I am Stephanie Harvey. I graduated from my MA in Communication Disorders (Speech-Language Pathology) at the University of Minnesota in 1994. I have continued my education in Aphasia, Gender-Affirming Voice and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I work with clients of all ages. I have a lot of experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Aphasia, and I'm rapidly gaining experience with Gender-Affirming Voice. I am no longer taking new clients at Hello SpeechWorks, but you can schedule appointments with me at my own clinic.

Christine Ryczak

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hello! I am Christine Ryczak. I am a speech-language pathologist. I have a master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of North Dakota. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Manitoba. I have experience creating and implementing assessment and intervention programs for preschool (ages 2-4) and school-aged children (ages 5-18) with autism, fluency disorders, apraxia of speech, voice disorders, speech-sound disorders, and language disorders. I have many years of experience working with children through virtual therapy and in person therapy. I am available to schedule on most Saturdays (in-person and on-line) as well as on select evenings (on-line only). I am more than happy to help your child.

Gurleen Dulay

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hello! I am Gurleen Dulay, a speech-language pathologist with a Master of Clinical Sciences degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Western Ontario. My expertise primarily centers around working with preschool and school-aged children who face a range of communication difficulties, such as receptive and expressive language delays, articulation delays, developmental delays, and autism. Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, with the ability to understand Urdu, I can effectively connect with a diverse array of children and their families, facilitating child-centered and culturally inclusive therapy. I offer flexible scheduling, with in-person appointments available on most weekday evenings and virtual sessions on Saturdays.

Sara Allen

Administrative Assistant / Rehabilitation Assistant

Hello! I am Sara Allen. I have worked at Hello SpeechWorks for 5 years. I started out as an rehabilitation assistant but quickly started taking on an administrative role. I mostly work behind the scenes, helping to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Lindsay Waedt

Administrative Assistant

Hello! I am Lindsay Waedt. I joined the Hello SpeechWorks team in 2023 after completing my training. I started out by working in the billing department but quickly took on more administrative responsibilities. I am the person you speak with when you call the office to discuss scheduling and billing. I only work part time so you can only reach me on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9AM to 12:30PM.
